Book a call with EpsiDesk

Outsourced customer support, back office and HR services, delivered by 269+ people across our global teams. Tell us what you need covered and we will arrange a call.

Volume, channels, the hours you need covered — whatever you already know

We reply by email to arrange a time.

AFTER YOU SEND

What happens once you press send

No automated sequence, no drip campaign. A person picks up your message and replies to arrange a time.

01

A person reads your message

Your form goes to someone who can answer it, not to a queue that auto-replies and forgets. We read what you wrote before we respond to it.

02

We email you back to arrange the call

We reply with times that suit your working hours rather than ours. Our teams work across multiple time zones, so early or late in your day is not a problem.

03

We ask questions on the call

Services, channels, volume, the hours you need covered, the tools your team already uses, and what good would look like a quarter from now.

04

You get the shape of it in writing

Which package fits, what the team would look like, how it would start, and what we would need from you. You can take that away and think about it.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Six things worth mentioning in your message

None of this is required. It just means the first call starts further along than introductions.

Which services you are considering: customer support, back office, HR services, or a combination of them.
Rough volume. Contacts per day or per month, even as a range, tells us more than anything else on this list.
Which channels need covering: email, chat, phone, social, or whatever your customers actually use to reach you.
What hours need covering: your local business hours, extended cover, weekends, or continuous cover across time zones.
Whether this is new cover, or replacing something that exists today and is not working.
Any date you are working towards, such as a launch, a peak season, or a contract ending.

DIRECT EMAIL

Or write to us directly

If a form is not how you want to open a conversation, email Support@epsidesk.com. Same inbox, same people, same reply. Put in whatever you would have put in the message field and we will pick it up from there.

That address also works if you are already working with us and this is an operational question rather than a new enquiry. Say so in the subject line and it goes to the right team.

QUESTIONS

Questions people ask before the first call

No. A range is enough, and an honest range is more useful than a precise number you had to guess at. If your volume is seasonal, tell us the peak and the trough rather than the average.
