EpsiDesk is the controller.
EpsiDesk, part of the Epsi group, decides what happens to personal data collected through this website. One address covers everything on this page: Support@epsidesk.com.
Client work is separate.
When we run support for a client, that client is normally the controller and we act on their instructions. If you are their customer, ask them. Write to us and we will point you to the right place.
The form and the logs.
You send us whatever you type into the contact form. The server keeps an ordinary technical record of each request. We ask for no payment details, no identity documents and no sensitive data anywhere on this site.
Why we hold it.
Every use of personal data needs a lawful basis under the GDPR. Using the form does not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell what you send.

A third-party email delivery provider carries the form submission to our inbox, on our instructions and for that purpose alone. Inside EpsiDesk it reaches the people answering you. Nothing goes to advertisers, brokers or list vendors.
Kept while it is useful.
An enquiry lives as long as the conversation it belongs to, then only as long as contractual and tax obligations require. Server logs are short-lived by design. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Our teams span time zones.
The person reading your message may work in a different country from you. Where personal data moves across borders we take the steps the GDPR requires, and the same handling rules apply wherever the work is done.
